Geared toward the serious practitioners for whom yoga and fitness are a way of life. In this 200 hour intensive training course lead by Master Adam Nguyen, you will learn the anatomy, physiology, and philosophy of Yoga. You will experience instructing students under the supervision of Master Adam Nguyen. Once certified, each student will be highly qualified to teach Raja Yoga throughout the world.

What does the program consist of?
The program includes 8.5 hours of intensive training per week, 6 month membership to the facility, Instructor's manual, and yoga mat.
How long will it take for me to complete the program?
Our program takes approximately 6 months to complete. The intensive training is held on Tuesday evenings, Saturday mornings, and Sunday mornings.
What if I miss a class?
If possible, please give notice of what classes you will not be able to attend, especially if you will be absent for a long period of time. The program offers more than 200 hours, so that you will still be able to complete the requirements in 6 months.
What are the requirements to obtain the certification?
There are no pre-requisites needed before enrolling in the program. Master Adam accepts all levels. During the program, we require that you complete 175 hours of intensive training and 25 hours of additional yoga classes.
What kind of job can I expect after graduation?
The job market for yoga instructors is unlimited! You may find jobs at local recreation centers, gyms, child care centers, hospitals, hotels, and schools. At Master Adam International Yoga Institute, we also offer positions to the top graduates of the class.
